Return Policy
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please keep in mind all items whether purchased in-person or online must be returned by mail. If requesting an exchange or service, the request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You can easily return items by following these steps:
1. Let us know which items you wish to return by emailing our customer service team here. All you will need to provide is your order number and detailed message regarding your request.
2. Package the items you wish to return in a suitable box.
3. Print the provided return label and attach to package.
Once we have received your return shipment in our shop, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. For servicing or exchanges further instructions will be emailed to you from our customer service team.
REFUNDS
We will refund any item, if returned in the same state as received. Please be aware all labels and tags must still be attached. Items must be returned back to our shop within 14 days of purchase.
